Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to analyze the role of employment policies in Algeria in reducing the unemployment rate in the category of university graduates and certificate holders by addressing the analysis of the operational strategy in Algeria and its dimensions, studying the evolution of unemployment in this category and the contribution of the employment policies to reducing them.

The study found that despite the increase in the level of employment for this group, it remains below the required level due to the continuous increase in the number of graduates and certificate holders.

The nature of the positions provided in most of them is not consistent with the qualifications acquired by the employers.
