This study aims to shed light on the creative feature of Chomsky's linguistic theory, which researchers in the field of linguistics consider as the basic basis on which Chomsky relied in demonstrating his new view of the study of language.

If language is the quality that is unique to humans and not other beings, then creativity and productivity make human language more distinct from the system of animal communication.

This study represents a field of research in one of the important perspectives on which the generative, transformative theory was built, as philosophy converges with language in Chomsky thought.

In this paper, we will try to answer the following problem: Why did the creative appearance of linguistic use in Chomsky's theory represent a cognitive revolution in the field of language study?
