The protection of personal data is the principle of protecting a person's right to privacy, for that, the national legislations enacted a law to protect people's private data, as it is for the algerian legislator that issued Law 18-07 of June 10, 2018, relating to the protection of persons physical in the processing of data at personal character, which established the "National Protection Authority of the Personal Data" which is an important mechanism to protect the processing of personal data in the context of respecting the person's private life.

The establishment of this authority comes to stop the chaos in the field of the personal's data exploitation of natural persons, as authorized by the aforementioned law monitoring and deterrent tasks to protect the personals right of inviolability private life.
