The international legal personality represents a watershed through which people of International Law are identified, their features are clarified and the scope of their work is clarified; because this would give the description of the international legal personality to entities that have these characteristics without international law publicly recognizing them with this personality, including the multinational companies.

Hence, we'll try to determine what the international legal personality is, as a way of access to indicate the extent to which companies enjoy this legal personality, and then to show the consequences of the companies acquiring the legal personality.
