Abstract EN

This research deals with the subject of judicial litigation in the Civil and Administrative Procedures Law so that we discussed the concept of adversity by defining the dispute and distinguishing the case from the other similar legal terms.

We also discussed the procedures for opening the dispute by clarifying the judicial claim before the judicial authorities, in terms of form or content Or method of registration and finally dealt with in this research papers and procedures of notification in terms of notification of the lawsuit and formal reporting contracts.
