The old methods search motivated me to search for percentages to substitute it, likeTa`sil(finding the smallest number that we can subtract the number of heirs without using fractions)andTashih(finding the smallest number that can be divided by the number of heirs without using a fraction).

The new methods should allow the calculations of hereditaments; distribution based on percentages.

The calculations should consider both the agreed upon and the debatable Islamic laws of inheritanceand bequests.

I shall provide a simple methods for each type of the cases of hereditaments` distributions, so that it can be consistent with what students have studied.
