Abstract EN

This article deals with the study of constitutional control in the Algerian experience , starting from clarifying the concept and determining the style adopted by the Algerian constitutional legislator.

Then examining the powers of the Algerian Constititional Council and the authenticity of its decisions and opinions vis-à-vis various authoritis in the state.

The problems are : What is the content of the oversight powers of the Constititional Council ? What are the legal implications of implementing constitutional control over the legal text ? How mandatory are the decisions and opinions of the Constititional Council declaring the Constititionality of the legal text inconstititional ?
