There is no doubt that the state and its constitutional institutions must evolve in a way that accompanies social, political, economic, and cultural changes.

Otherwise, the legal and therefore political social structure of the state will be vulnerable to cracking, and the sustainability of the ongoing rift state exposes the state to failure.

Recently, a remarkable development has been observed in the constitutional judiciary institution, which is considered to be long-term and possesses extensive scientific knowledge accumulation in some countries such as the United States of America.

However, this institution has been regarded as a newcomer in the advanced and legally developed countries such as Germany and France and other countries that keep progressing such as Turkey and Egypt.

The Syrian state, therefore, cannot be separated from this context, but its development is slow due to the political and historical reasons indicated in the current study with its in-depth analysis of the details of the stage it reached in terms of the constitutional and legislative aspects and the extent achieved.

This study, furthermore, tries to clarify and explain the ambiguous and unclear aspects of the authenticity of the Supreme Constitutional Court jurisdictions in Syria, and their impacts.
