Although the independence of the arbitration system is an essential feature, there is still a need to support and assist the judiciary in many stages.

We find that the supporting role of the courts remains necessary, especially on the procedural side, when the parties face the formation of the arbitral tribunals.

The research aims to reach solutions that achieve flexibility for the work of arbitration tribunals and maintain their independence and confidentiality in their work and at the same time define the scope of the role supporting the judiciary in a way that prevents duplication.

The research reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the Legislator's organization of the judiciary's intervention be minimal and confined to a state of necessity, in support of the independence of the arbitration and to preserve its confidentiality.
