Abstract EN

The events of the Arab Spring and the fundamental changes that took place in some Arab and African regimes as a whole, because of the political transformations that cast a shadow over regional security, led to a security breach that transcended the borders of the one state, thus extending it to the regional environment due to the wide range of security threats and their availability eventually creating transnational national threats, including the consequences of the Libyan crisis and subsequent major security breaches, in which the spread of Libyan weapons in the region was one of the main reasons for the bombing of the situation in Mali which confused the Algerian regime.

In order to realize that the crisis in Libya and the renewal of the threat of decomposition in Mali and the entry of major powers on the line to feed it is one of the sensitive issues affecting the equation of the national stability of Algeria towards the African Coast which Algeria has been working on since the 1990s.

This has not borne fruit at the moment, escalating these security challenges and the inability to control them at least for the time being.

Algerian diplomacy has lost its effectiveness in the regional environment.

It has had to consider adopting a clear regional strategy towards The African Coast to grant sufficient capacity to meet the future.
