Different regimes are sure of the fact that the rules of common law are different from those of administrative law.

So, it is compulsory to study each of them.

Majority of those regimestry to find standards to separate between them so as each is under a suitable special system.

The nature of each imposes that either in normal life or in disputes.

The Algerian legislatorhas established a dual judicial system since the independence despite his limited capacities.

We will study this subject from the independence till 1996 and then during the period after 1996.
