In the implementary frame of a state to make their own development plant, it usually goes for encouraging direct and indirect foreing investments on its territory through making contracts with foreing investors in order to achieve common profit from a side and to push the weel of its economic development from the other side, however this contract shall guarantee a number of rights for both sides as a condition, in return a number of obligation guarantee the proper implementation of the terms of the foreing investment contract.
