يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل و قياس أثر البحث و التطوير التكنولوجي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2016م) حيث تم استخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة.
بينت نتائج الدراسة أن النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر يعتمد في الأجل الطويل على عناصر الإنتاج التقليدية المتمثلة في عنصري رأس المال المادي و حجم العمالة أما مخرجات البحث و التطوير التكنولوجي المتمثلة في عدد البحوث العلمية و عدد براءات الاختراع كان لها أثرا غير معنوي في النمو الاقتصادي.
بينما في الأجل القصير بينت النتائج أنه توجد علاقة معنوية إحصائيا تكتسي طابع الإيجابية بين النمو الاقتصادي و رأس المال المادي فقط.
Abstract EN
The objective of this research is to analyse the impact of research and technological development on economic growth in Algeria during the period (1990- 6), by using The Autoregressive Distributed Lag model (ARDL).
The empirical results of the study indicates that on the long term the economic growth in Algeria depends on the traditional production factors represented by the physical capital and the labour, the outputs of research and technological development represented in the number of scientific researches and the number of patents have no significant impact on economic growth.
While in the short term the results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship that is positive between economic growth and physical capital only.

L'objectif de cette recherche est d'analyser l'impact de la recherche et du développement technologique sur la croissance économique en Algérie durant la période (1990-2016), en utilisant le modèle ARDL.
Les résultats indiquent qu’à long terme la croissance économique en Algérie dépend des facteurs de production traditionnels représentés par le capital physique et le travail, alors que la recherche et le développement technologique représentés dans le nombre des articles scientifiques et le nombre de brevets n'ont pas d'impact significatif sur la croissance économique.
Cependant à court terme, les résultats ont montré qu'il existe une selle relation significative positive entre la croissance économique et le capital physique.
