Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to try to highlight the role of investment in intellectual capital in knowledge management processes.

The research dealt with the study of Algeria Telecom in the state of Messila.

In order to achieve this in practical terms according to scientific methodology, The data were collected by means of a questionnaire designed to measure the study model.

The study used descriptive and descriptive statistical methods to test its hypotheses.

One of the main findings of the study is that there is an interest in investing in intellectual capital as well as managing the ID The company under study, and there is the effect of the relationship and strong correlation is positive and statistically significant differences between the investment in intellectual capital and the achievement of knowledge management, the study recommended the strengthening of the relationship between the investment in intellectual capital and knowledge management processes in the organization, and to maximize their mutual relationship to serve the company and employees.

L'objectif de cette étude est d'essayer de mettre en évidence le rôle de l'investissement dans le capital intellectuel dans les processus de gestion de la connaissance, notamment dans le cadre de l'étude d'Algérie Telecom dans l'État de Messille.

Les données ont été recueillies au moyen d'un questionnaire conçu comme un outil de mesure du modèle d'étude, qui a utilisé des méthodes statistiques descriptives et descriptives pour vérifier ses hypothèses.

L'étude a recommandé de renforcer la relation entre l'investissement dans le capital intellectuel et les processus de gestion des connaissances au sein de l'organisation et de maximiser la relation mutuelle entre eux pour servir l'entreprise.
