Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the most important mechanisms and intermediation institutions used in adjusting the labor market in Algeria, in which the employment and enforcement of the efforts in facing the phenomenon of unemployment is a fundament issue that the world, including Algeria, has to deal with.

In order to reduce the aggravation of this phenomenon, the Algerian government has to provide suitable conditions, and to appoint framework as far as specialized institutions in using strategies and approaches that allows getting the aims.

The intermediation institutions used by the Algerian government in labor market, in addition to the emphasis on the role of the National Agency of Youth Support Employment, also, to what extent this agency can provide work posts to minimize .unemployment; all this subjects are going to be discussed in the following essay
