ظهرت العديد من التصنيفات الأكاديمية العالمية و التي تهدف أساسا إلى ترتيب الجامعات و المعاهد وفقا لمجموعة من المؤشرات و المعايير بين هذه التصنيف نجد تصنيفات الويب و التي تركز على المحتوى الالكتروني لمواقع الجامعات.
الجزائر و على غرار مختلف دول العالم تعمل على تحسين مكانتها في تصنيف ويبومتريكس إلا أن غياب استراتيجية و رؤية واضحة وموحدة لدى مختلف الجامعات جعل من الجامعات الجزائرية تتباين في مكانتها العالمية على الرغم من التقدم الضئيل في الترتيب إلا أن هذا لا يعني أساسا بأنها قد احتلت المكانة المنتظرة بل يتطلب ذلك القيام بمجهودات إضافية لتحقيق ترتيب يتواءم و حجم الإمكانيات المسخرة لذلك.
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح مفهوم التصنيفات الأكاديمية للجامعات مع معرفة منهجية تصنيفات الويب للجامعات و هذا بهدف قياس و تحديد مكانة الجامعات الجزائرية ضمن تصنيف ويبومتريكس.
Abstract EN
Many international academic classifications have emerged, mainly aimed at organizing universities and institutes according to a set of indicators and standards.
Among these are the web classifications, which focus on the electronic content of universities sites.
Algeria, like the rest of the world, is working to improve its position in the Webometrics classification.
However, the ence of a clear and unified strategy and vision among the different universities has made Algerian universities vary in their global standing.
Despite a small progress in the rankings, this does not mean that they have occupied the desired position, but requires additional efforts to achieve a commensurate ranking with the possibilities involved.
This paper aims at clarifying the concept of academic classifications of universities and the methodology of the universities web classifications, in order to measure and determine the status of Algerian universities within the classification of Webometrics.

De nombreuses classifications universitaires internationales ont vu le jour, visant principalement à organiser les universités et les instituts selon un ensemble d'indicateurs et de normes.
Parmi celles-ci figurent les classifications Web, qui se concentrent sur le contenu électronique des sites des universités.
L'Algérie, comme le reste du monde, travaille pour améliorer sa position dans la classification Webometrics.
Cependant, l'absence d'une stratégie et d'une vision claires et unifiées parmi les différentes universités a fait que les universités algériennes ont une position globale différente.
Malgré un petit progrès dans les classements, cela ne signifie pas qu'ils ont occupé le poste souhaité, mais nécessite des efforts supplémentaires pour parvenir à un classement proportionnel aux possibilités offertes.
Cet article vise à clarifier le concept de classifications académiques des universités et la méthodologie des classifications Web des universités, afin de mesurer et de déterminer le statut des universités algériennes au sein de la classification de Webometrics.
