This article attempts to explore the possibility of developing information in an effective decision-making mechanism under the governance of public economic enterprises through symmetry and informational disclosure to stakeholders, and various decision-making bodies to effect the system.

This study represents the proposal of a new idea of the role of the effective use of information and dissemination in the optimal timeframes with a transparent communication between the economic agents of the company according to the good governance of the EPR in Algeria, through the transparency of EW, and the accountability of public servants and the ethics of administrative work, in order to streamline the decision-making process.

Cet article tente d'explorer la possibilité de développer l'information dans un mécanisme de prise de décision efficace en vertu de la gouvernance des entreprises économiques publiques grâce à la symétrie et la divulgation informationnelle aux parties prenantes, Et divers organes décideurs pour effectuer le système de GE.

Cette étude représente la proposition d'une nouvelle idée du rôle de l'utilisation efficace de l'information et de la diffusion dans les délais optimaux avec une communication transparente entre les agents économiques de l'entreprise selon la bonne gouvernance des EPE en Algérie, par la transparence de la GE, et la responsabilité des fonctionnaires et l'éthique du travail administratif, afin de rationaliser le processus décisionnel.
