Abstract EN

This study sheds light on the recent trends in administration or in particular electronic administration in order to facilitate and achieve the objectives of the organizations effectively and quickly and lifted and at tower costs.

This study also aims to know the extent of the use of the Algerian Insurance and Reinsurance Company (CAAR) for electronic administration, and to stand at the most important stations where the company achieved achievements that contributed to increase the cost of the administrative work by taking decisions to solve the problems of employees on the one hand and rationalization of expenses on the other hand as little effort as possible.

We concluded from this study that, given the competition imposed by foreign companies in the insurance sector in Algeria, that this company (CAAR), like other national companies, has no choice but to keep track of all developments, especially those related to information technology, especially electronic administration, because of its direct effect on allegiance insurance and reinsurance sector activity to win renewed market bets.
