Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight on the various mechanisms and programs of employment strategy that promote the entrepreneurship initiative in Algeria, as well as to attempt to provide an analytical and evaluative view of their performance by highlighting the various contributions and shortcomings.

This study concluded that the results achieved from the various mechanisms were below the required level compared to the size of the efforts exerted, as well as the importance that the government attaches to reducing unemployment which necessitates the need for a comprehensive evaluation by reviewing the role of support bodies and accompaniment, in order to activate and upgrade the performance of the employment strategy adopted
