Through this research, I seek to reveal a part of our literary and critical heritage in the Maghreb, which for a long time has been neglected and forgotten, through the personality of Judge Ayad, who had a great role in criticism and literature, and that he had great luck of neglect and forgetfulness, other than That this great character has addressed many issues in literature, language, rheto ric and criticism.

This is what I am trying to simplify in this article by revealing the rhetorical criticism and the secret of the eloquence and splendor of the statement that Judge Ayyad possessed, in addition to the critical approach and critical term of Judge Ayad.
