Abstract EN

This research tries to answer a problem that is; How did the semioological Algerian critic receive the narrative text? the Algerian semiological critic has known several names that have adopted semiotics as a method in their studies quoting among them Abdelmalek Mortadh, Abdelhamid Bourayou, Abdelkader Fidouh, Hussein Khomri, Ahmed Youcef, said Boutadjine, Rachid Benmalek, Kada Aggag, Moulay Ali Boukhatem, Djilali Hallam, Ahmed Taleb and others.

Most studies of these criticisms begin with a theoretical part followed by another practice in which they tried to prove the efficacy of this theory and its ability to dismantle the various texts.

On the other hand, there are other critics who are content to remain at the level of the theory by transferring all the knowledge concerning semiology to the Algerian corpus of criticism.

In addition, the contribution of Rachid Benmalek and Brahim Sahraoui will be addressed through reading and evaluation.
