Civilization constitutes one of one of the main renewable subjects that may be viewed from several angles and dealt with by several scientific studies.

Philosophers, historians, politicians and religious people are often interested in this issue.

Their main objective is to define conditions which make it flowerishes or those which lead to its extinction.

Among them, the french researcher Gustave Le Bon who determines that civilization in any age is submitted to psychobiological conditions.

We try, in this article, to put the cover off the relation which links psychological factors to biological ones, and to show how they influence civilisation and cause its extinction
