نريد في هذه الورقة المساهمة في ذلك الجزء من حوكمة تقنية المعلومات و تفاعلها المعقد مع إدارة المعرفة من خلال وصف كيف يمكن للمنظمة تنفيذ حوكمة تقنية المعلومات وذلك باستخدام مزيج من العمليات الهياكل و الآليات ذات العلاقة و تحليل كيفية استخدام هذه الممارسات في المنظمات.
فالغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد تلك العوامل التي من شأنها تمكين مدراء المعرفة المساعدة في بناء القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات في مؤسساتهم مع تطور البيئة الداخلية و الخارجية
Abstract EN
This document contributes to this part of information technology governance and its complex interaction with knowledge management, by describing how the organization can implement governance-IT-, in using a combination of processes, structures and related mechanisms, and analyze how to use these practices in organizations.
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that enable knowledge managers to help build decision-making capacity in their institutions as the internal and external environment evolves.

Nous voulons avec ce document contribuer à cette partie de la gouvernance des techniques de l’information et de son complexe d’interaction avec la gestion des connaissances, en décrivant comment l’organisation peut-elle mettre en œuvre la gouvernance-IT-, en utilisant une combinaison des processus, des structures et des mécanismes liés, et analyser la façon dans l’utilisation de ces pratiques dans les organisations.
Le but de cette étude est d’identifier les facteurs qui permettent aux gestionnaires du savoir d’aider à renforcer la capacité de prise de décision dans leurs institutions au fur et à mesure que l’environnement interne et externe évolue.
