Abstract EN

This intervention attempts to understand the crime of abducting children and the diversity of its logic as a natural social phenomenon.

Based on a sociological point of view, certainly this crime is not a specific feature of certain categories that are bearing its imprints, but individuals who engage in criminal behavior in response to structural considerations in the society structure.

This makes the criminal take premeditated decisions about their involvement in criminal activities, which might produce benefits and dangers, and the identification of those who possess something worth the trouble of criminal action, because criminality is always a result of the interaction of a socially influenced behavior, each actor has a share in it, which represents the most important forms of the criminal act logic on the stage of daily life according to the thesis of experiment sociology.
