لقد نتج عن ظهور تكنولوجيا المعلومات ما عرف بالتجارة الالكترونية التي انتشرت على مستويات مختلفة فردية منها او دولية و أصبحت للتجارة الالكترونية أهمية كبيرة نظرا للمزايا التي تقدمها و لكن ترتب عن الاهتمام المتزايدة في التحول الى التجارة الالكترونية مشاكل قانونية تحد من انتشارها على نطاقات واسعة منها ما يسمى بالجريمة المعلوماتية و على اثر ذلك فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على مدى تأثير الجريمة المعلوماتية من انتشار وتوسع التجارة الالكترونية وذلك ببيان أساليب وكيفيات التأثير على هذه الأخيرة

The emergence of information technology has led to e-commerce, which has spread to different levels, individual or international, and e-commerce has become very important given the benefits it offers, however, because of the growing interest in the transition to e-commerce, legal issues limit their spread over wide ranges, including what is known as cybercrime, so this study aims to shed light on the impact of cybercrime on the spread and expansion of electronic commerce, indicating ways and means of influencing it

L'émergence de la technologie de l'information a entraîné le commerce électronique, qui s'est étendu à différents niveaux, individuels ou internationaux, et Le commerce électronique est devenu très important compte tenu des avantages qu'il offre, Cependant, en raison de l'intérêt croissant pour la transition vers le commerce électronique, les problèmes juridiques limitent leur propagation sur de larges plages, y compris ce que l'on appelle la cybercriminalité, Par conséquent, cette étude vise à faire la lumière sur l'impact de la cybercriminalité sur la diffusion et l'expansion du commerce électronique en indiquant les moyens et les moyens d'influencer cette dernière
