Abstract EN

This paper discusses the various benefits and legal rulings related to financial transactions, being derived from Surat Al-Baqarah in general and the verse of debt in particular.

Such legal rulings include the necessity of documenting debt and other financial transactions and the necessity of naming the term in debts.

They also comprise the legitimacy of testifying the acknowledgment of debts, rights and writing of debts.

The paper also discusses other legal rulings and benefits that the debtors and Banks should understand and act accordingly in order to preserve money and the rights of others.
