Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to identify the role of the federal support plays in realizing development in the northern state, To achieve this goal researcher employed the analytic descriptive method to study the federal support and Comparing the federal support with the state's own revenues in order to clarify which one of them mostly contributes in the development of the state.

the researcher has distributed a questionnaire to the sample of the study to ensure the compatibility of the obtained results through the empirical as well as the field study.

The study has reached several findings, but the most important isThe effective role that the federal support plays in realizing economic as well as social development exceeds the role that the state's own revenues plays in developing the state.
