The study aimed to study the extent to which business organizations are committed to social responsibility in light of the prevailing belief that they are a burden on the budget of the organization and limit their ability to achieve economic objectives.

To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of the workers of the National Institution of Lubricants- Using the SPSS statistical program, the validity of hypotheses has been tested and we have come to the conclusion that the institution is committed to its social responsibility and that there is a correlation between the institutional obligation and its social responsibility and its ability to achieve the economic objective
