The study aims to clarify the strategic importance of electronic commerce focus on experience the Amazon; The advantage of focusing on the virtual market is one of the advantages not addressed by the leaders of the strategy in their writings directly, but it was an extension of their ideas associated with the search for excellence in an environment where technological developments are accelerating; To achieve the objective of the study, the theoretical frameworks related to e-commerce were presented and then the strategic approach to them.
To move to the presentation of the historical development of Amazon's development and the related concepts, and then the statistical reading of the costs of Amazon site and its turnover, And to its customers and the State, on the other hand, by contributing to the gross national product; the study will present the most important results reached and discussed.
