التنشئة الاجتماعية هي العملية المستمرة التي تشكل الفرد منذ مولده، و تعده للحياة الاجتماعية المقبلة التي سيتفاعل فيها مع الآخرين في أسرته.
وهي من أهم العمليات تأثيرا على الأبناء في مختلف مراحلهم العمرية لما لها من دور أساسي في تشكيل شخصياتهم و تكاملها وهي تعد إحدى عمليات التعلم التي عن طريقها يكتسب الأبناء العادات و التقاليد و الاتجاهات و القيم السائدة في بيئتهم الاجتماعية التي يعيشون فيها.
وعليه سنحاول من خلال هاته الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه التنشئة الأسرية في غرس قيمة التعاون لدى العامل بالمؤسسة
Abstract EN
Socialization is the continuous process that constitutes the individual since his birth, preparing him for the next social life in which he will interact with others in his family.
And it is one of the processes of learning through which children acquire the customs, traditions, trends and values prevailing in the social environment in which they live.
Therefore, we will try through this study To highlight the role played by family formation in shaping the value structure of the worker in the institution
