In this article, we try to highlight the role of associations in the process of managing household waste by highlighting its importance within the community of the city.Where association, whether they are assosciations of neighbourhoods or environmental ones that are active in the field of household,are considered as third partner in the management of garbage legally.

And the law precised the portion of this partner from the whole process.
