The Iraqi economy is exposed to an economic crisis after the free fall of oil prices.

This resulted in several imbalances as a result of the dependence of the state on one component of export.

The development activity decreased and the income of the country decreased.

Unemployment was high and most public institutions were unable to create new jobs due to the problems.

Therefore, it is necessary to carry out economic reforms, and we are forced to change the pattern of running economic institutions to fit the new data based on the market economy.

The study deals with the concept of unemployment, social responsibility, and the private sector, and how these concepts interact with each other to produce results, which can be found to solve the problem of unemployment, with the necessities introduced by the private sector in the society to maintain its existence.
