Abstract EN
The aim of this research is to demonstrate the impact of the organizational crisis on the level of job performance taken by the managers of the administrative divisions at the University of Samarra intermediate variable.
By identifying the level of job performance (job satisfaction, job requirements) under the organizational crisis (crisis detection, crisis management).
The level of job performance in light of this crisis.
The problem of research is concentrated in the face of the managers of the people in the university many organizational crises and each of them differ in dealing with these crises and to achieve the objectives of the study was used descriptive analytical approach to suit the nature of this study, where the questionnaire was used as a main tool for this study.
Were distributed (50) questionnaires and received back to the study sample.
To answer the study questions and test their hypotheses, the researchers used the SPSS program.
In light of these results, the study recommended several recommendations, including: The need for the University of Samarra to provide the material (administrative and technological) aspects necessary to predict the crisis, manage it, diagnose it, and set up compliance.
Seen too have to deal with scientific method to find a solution appropriate to them and avoid likely to happen again in the future and the need for the introduction of functional cadres in development courses in order to enable them to address the regulatory crisis or avoid the causes of their occurrence early detection.
As well as the ability to manage quietly and flexibility in the event of their occurrence, and focus on the training aspect to develop job performance.
