The aim of the research is to try to learn how recycling can be used as an environmental protection strategy.

Economic growth is important but not essential because it aims at expanding markets to increase consumption and production of commodities, regardless of environmental and social dimensions, and the erosion and destruction of natural resources; To adopt and apply another alternative model known as the recycling economy, which allows the same product to be reused or used as a service and takes into account both human health and the environment; so that natural resources are reused and rationalized rather than consumed And the economy and environment are both winners by dropping this study on the Algerian environment.
