Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to give a general picture of the United Nations development programs and their contribution to the eradication of poverty and the achievement of the goals of sustainable development.

This is because of the interdependence of the components of the dimensions of sustainable development with the determinants of poverty.

The study also included a presentation The phenomenon of poverty in Arab countries and the various programs and aids developed by governments as well as international organizations represented mainly in United Nations programs and by the World Bank for the realization of sustainable development aimed at eradicating poverty were also mentioned.
