Abstract EN

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the structure of ownership and the continuity of profits as evidence of its quality in Algerian banks, By applying to a sample of (11) banks during the period 2011-2015, To achieve the objectives of the study, the variables that were adopted are the ownership structure (Foreign Property Ownership And Board Members) as independent variable, and the size of the bank as a control variable.

The study found that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between foreign property ownership and the continuity of profits in Algerian banks, and there is no relationship between the other variables and the continuity of profits.
