Abstract EN

Economic activity in Algeria suffers from many structural imbalances that affect negatively the supply side.

These imbalances are a result of the weakness of the status of the private sector.

This situation requires the necessity of implementing some structural reforms in the products market that can push positively the competitiveness and innovation and hence lead to an enabling climate for developing investment and private sector activity as the main pillar of the real sector that can creat value and employment in the long run.
