The human language and the linguistic capability have generally become innocent of any fatality or lateness that affects any nation through its historical course.

It is also in contrast, we can resolutely say that does not need to pamper it - any language - but it were not - once the cause of the lateness.

In its communicative nature and intellectual and social load, it is a major cause of development and a cultural tool through which knowledge can be transferred, and a stiff bridge through which the effectiveness of impacting and being influenced among communities, as it is a means of thought and a vessel having a spitting image of the society in its intensity and prosperity its weakness and gorgeousness, it is: "Is not a tool for saying and a means of expression as it was said, but is a way of thinking and its embodiment.

It is the thought itself in the case of work and there is no living and accurate thought without an accurate living language.

" It has the susceptibility to expand and extend, and the containment of the new thought, the thought is a spirit which refutes steadfastness and constraints, and always seeks to discover the new and variegate of the new.

The language is not a living language unless it is a counterpart to that thought, its steadiness and change in its old and new.
