This study deals with the issue of parsing the Holy Quran as an important interpretive mechanism, and therefore the Qur'an Parsing " Irab" must be aware of the rules and principles of interpretation, because the Qur'anic structure does not accept any Parsing " Irab" whatsoever, similar to the linguistic structures that we find open to many aspects of grammatical possibilities, as long as the interpretation as a whole It is governed by origins, and the parsing is part of it, so what is true for everyone is true for the part, so must know the principles of interpretation in general, then the principles of linguistic interpretation, and the principles of parsing of the Qur'an in particular.
