Most Algerian cities suffer from the negative aspects that harm the desired situation that is targeted by urban planning, which has many factors, and its origins overlap in many conditions and influences which we consider to be obstacles that cause different deviations that undermine the objectives of the plans.

We see that among these social and family obstacles are the total types of behavior and the forms of organization and social relations, which must be studied and analyzed, and understanding the causes and assessment or elimination.
