Abstract EN

The theme of Algerian-Moroccan cultural relations is one of the subjects of particular interest in Maghreb an historical studies in the Ottoman period, since the two poles share almost the same cultural and cultural heritage, for lack of disagreement and differences of opinion of political order that spoil harmony inthis political space.

This situation of instability, which manifests itself in the high and permanent tension between the two territories, was not without effect on the cultural actuality in the two countries.

Fact that stirred the problematic of our study.

Then our survey will look at the cultural factor of communication between the two countries.

We will precede to the identification of the common cultural elements that co-create the Maghrebi identity, and we will determine the role they play in the formation of an Algerian-Moroccan cultural heritage.
