يعتبر بيان أول نوفمبر الثوري وثيقة تثبت عمق التفكير العسكري السياسي العلمي الاجتماعي الدبلوماسي و الإعلامي الذي تمتعت به قيادة جبهة التحرير الوطني و مفجرو الثورة و تدرس في الجامعات السياسية و المدارس الحربية العالمية.
لم يكتف البيان بتحديد الأهداف السياسية و العسكرية للثورة بل حدد أيضا بوضوح الأهداف الإعلامية (تأسيس جريدة المقاومة الإذاعية السرية و التعاون الإعلامي العربي من خلال صوت الجزائر الحرة المكافحة من البلدان العربية) و كذا الإستراتيجية الضرورية لتنفيذ الخطة الثورية كما أن البيان مارس كل فنون الاتصال كالدعاية و التعبئة من خلال دعوة جميع الجزائريين على اختلاف اتجاهاتهم و انتماءاتهم للانضمام للثورة.
Abstract EN
The first November Revolution is a document that demonstrates the depth of the military, political, scientific, social, diplomatic and media thinking enjoyed by the FLN leadership and the revolutionnaries and is taught in political universities and global war schools.
Not only did the statement specify the political and military objectives of the revolution, but also clearly defined the media objectives (the establishment of the resistance newspaper, the secret radio and Arab media cooperation through the free voice of Algeria from the Arab countries) and the strategy necessary to implement the revolutionary plan.
Communication as propaganda and mobilization by inviting all Algerians of different orientations and affiliations to join the revolution.
