Abstract EN

Given the great importance occupied by corporate governance to reduce and mitigate the effects of financial crises and given that the Board of Directors is more governance effective mechanisms, which is primarily responsible for the application of the principles of corporate governance in the company, and that this study aims to demonstrate the role of the Board of Directors as part of corporate governance and this through to address the role of the Board of Directors as part of the theories of governance, as well as the oversight role of the Board of Directors through specialized committees that have been developed in better corporate governance.
