Abstract EN

In this research we have studied the land settlements in Nuffer area.

And the ability to develop them.

Most of them are small in size.

Her ratio is ( 47, 9 % ) from the number of population in the studying area.

while the linear pattern was prevailing.

The number of land settlements are (33) their ratio are (75% ).

The research has shown the capacity to filter villages which have the necessary services.

We have seen the capacity to build educational institutions which servicing more than one settlement with paved roads.

The sub healthy center can change to main center and the healthy houses to sub.

Healthy center
