Arhave long recognized the importance of translation, and its role in openness to the "other", knowing his culture and civilization to communication with him.

As Historians of the emergence/genesis and development of the human sciences mention that it began in the first century AH, and then evolved as a result of multiple factors to reach the range during the Abbasid era, in particular the era of El Maamoun.

And at a time when the importance of scientific translation is growing/increasing today than ever, as a result of a great cognitive explosion and the tremendous technological progress in all areas of life, the translation movability in Arab countries suffers so much, and this is contrary to what the logic of reason imposes, which is imperative that translation should be given special priority in the Arab world, as it is more a recipient of scientific knowledge than a producer of it.
