Abstract EN

The main objective to this study was identified the competencies of the faculty member in the era of intelligent learning, this paper responds to this need through exploring the Intelligent learning, effective teaching, a faculty member, to find out what good qualities he must have, what is his scientific competences? , and how to acquire his scientific and intercultural training.

The descriptive method is used, the results were: attention should be given to the competencies of the faculty member, supposed to be trained in his field of specialization to be able to lead his students' thinking in the era of intelligent learning, the study recommended that: the faculty member should pay attention to his scientific competencies, and provide all the facilities tools that will help him to develop his skills, and capabilities so that he will be able to face all the changes in the era of intelligent learning, which characterized by vitality, and flexibility, to reach the superior faculty member.
