This research sheds light on how the Holy Qur'an puts legals rules and ethical controls to ensure the fatwa's validity and not deviating from seriousness.

These rules are embedded within the Noble Qur'an, some of which are related to the mufti and his etiquette, some of them pertain to the fatwa and its conditions, and others pertain to the questioner himself, because ensuring the validity of the fatwa will not come out - in any case - from controlling these three parties to the fatwa, as the research will show.

This research is based on three topics: The first topic tackles Quranic rules related to the Mufti.

The second topic handles Quranic rules related to the questioner.

The third topic shows the Quranic rules related to the issue of the fatwa.
