This research aims to clarify Imam al-Suyuti's approach to weights, and the extent of his approval or disagreement with other scholars, through the weighting formulas, the rules of weighting and selection he followed, and his position on the different issues in them necessary for weighting or impartiality.

, Including those related to Mecca and Medina, And some of them are related to the causes of revelation, including what is related to ambiguities, and other models, following that inductive approach and analytical method, and accordingly, the diversity of the evidence of Al-Suyuti has been proven in the weighting of words in terms of the Qur'an, or the significance of the hadith, or the significance of the effect, or the significance of consensus, or In terms of language, context, or the public's statement, and so on, as well as supporting his responses to contradictory sayings with hadiths and monuments, and attributing them to their sources, and not defaming or attacking the owners of contradictory sayings, and following the saying that is preferred by argument and proof, and little is likely without mentioning Evidence of his weight.
