This study aims to highlight the role of the media and the impact of their means on children, and how this technology can create a climate conducive to visualization and enjoyment for a certain age group, with the possibility of react to various contents.

The positive role played by the media for this age group and other age categories can not be omitted in any way, but children remain the most important part of the media audience, these contents can affect children and can contribute to the formation of their culture.

Our study focuses on the Algerian child and his right to information; we try to answer the problematic of the Algerian child's right to information through his exposure to the Algerian television and his programs.
