The current study tries to find owl the real township between bullying and Fear of failure by intermediate.

The researcher adopted two scales One for bullying (Ayyez&Hussein: 2017) and another for fear of failure (Mishjil: 2009)after achieving the Psychometric aspects of two above scales represented by face validity and reliability arrived at nosing these two methods Re-test and Alfa Cronbach, hot append to sample of (200) students, using statistical devices.

The results of the study uncovered that the bullying level of the linter mediate school students is medium, and they did not complain of the fear of failure, and the relater between bullying and fear of failure is negative and According to the result arrived at, a number of re commendations and singes tins are put forward.
